We are in-network with Excellus through your employer and recently with Cigna PPO. All other insurances we are out of network with. Although this is the case, we accept all insurances (except Medicaid). As a courtesy, we will be happy to submit services to your insurance carrier.
Please keep in mind that your insurance coverage is determined by your insurance company and you are responsible for services not covered by your insurance company.
As an additional courtesy for patients without the benefit of dental insurance, our office provides an in-house discount program; Adina’s Wellness Plan. Please contact the office for additional details.

Adina’s wellness plan is an annual membership for patients who are without dental insurance. This plan helps individuals and families get the trusted care they need in an affordable way.
How it Works / Disclosure
Wellness plan payment is expected at time of visit to receive savings plan. The fee may be paid by cash, check, Care Credit or FSA/HSA cards. Adina’s Wellness plan is not a substitute for dental insurance and does not provide any coverage other than the discounted office fee. Once the membership is purchased, the fee is not refundable. Membership period is valid for one year from date of enrollment. Membership is valid only at Adina Family Dental. If patient obtains dental insurance based on a qualifying event, and no services were provided since the payment of the membership fee, we will refund 50% of the membership fee.
